Specializing in sales of luxury waterfront condos, single family and multiple houses as well as investment properties in the diverse Jersey City downtown neighborhoods, Lucy began her real estate career almost a decade ago. She is a very positive, patient, energetic and caring professional who works hard for her clients and builds strong relationships that last over time.

Originally from Beijing, China where she earned her undergraduate degree, Lucy worked for AT&T China Inc. before coming to New York nearly 20 years ago. She earned her Master’s degree from New York University and worked in advertising industry in Manhattan prior to pursuing her career in real estate.

“I make sure that all my clients who work with me get exactly what they are looking for,” says Lucy, who takes good care of people both from in and around the New York area or from China and overseas. “My goal is to make everyone feel right at home in this great city of opportunity.” Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Lucy works with many buyer and investors from Mainland China as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan.
